Event & Activities Guidelines

ICOR is a trusted association for individuals and families from across the globe who are living abroad whether current, former, or prospective .

Our guidelines are designed to maintain respectful behaviour within our community and to uphold the quality of information provided. This commitment ensures that ICOR continues to be the special organization that it is.

The ICOR Events & Activities section serves as a comprehensive listing of in-person gatherings within our community. There are two types of ICOR gatherings - ICOR Official Events and ICOR (and IKC) Activities. Both types of gatherings must be coordinated, approved, and posted through the Activities Committee Chair.

ICOR OFFICIAL EVENTS

These are gatherings organized for the entire ICOR community, and in most cases, they are open to all members and their guest(s) with approval of the Activities Chair. Primary member will be asked to provide guest name and information as needed for attendance. Info is submitted to activities@icorabat.org . Certain exceptions apply (please refer below). These official events play a significant role in our community's interaction.

ICOR ACTIVITIES

These are smaller-scale gatherings within specific groups where members can come together based on shared interests or hobbies, such as attending concerts, practicing language skills, or going on hikes. A primary member must be a designated host for these activities.

DISCLAIMER:

ICOR provides the infrastructure for organizing activities. The voluntary organizers and hosts do not represent ICOR as official agents.
