"Vicky Enea, the author of "Dining with Diplomats," (sponsored in collaboration with our ICOR Member, Lene Baekgaard) discusses the launch of the Moroccan edition of her book, which includes favorite recipes and personal anecdotes from Ambassadors representing 23 countries accredited to Morocco.
Book purchases raise funds and awareness for Education for All (EFA), an organization committed to helping girls from remote villages in the Atlas Mountains pursue education beyond primary school. “There are some good stories, there are some funny stories, but we went all around the world with people's cuisine, their food, their customs.
