Rozenn is a Founding Member of ICOR and was instrumental in the launch of the organization. She spearheaded our important volunteer English program at Les enfants de l'ovale. Rozenn believes that a caring community is the key element to the success of a good relocation. She is thrilled to welcome ICOR members by offering many activities in order to create social interactions and a strong community spirit.
